Spread the love

As moms, we can always use some tips for saving money. Whether you’re a brand-new mommy basking in newborn joy or a seasoned mom of a teenager, you can benefit from free stuff for moms and their kids.

Kids are expensive (it comes with the territory). From diapers and bottles to sports and first cars, there’s never an age when your child’s needs are budget-friendly. But moms are savvy when it comes to money. We know where to find deals and snag stuff for free. It never hurts to have a few new tricks up your sleeve though!

The following websites will help you get free stuff for you and your kiddos!

Places to Find Free Stuff for Moms

Free Rewards

If you’re looking to score some gift cards, household products, or even some free baby gear, then rewards sites are the way to go. I love using these sites in my spare time to earn some extra cash (I can even earn money doing things I do all the time anyway!). Don’t have time to sit on the computer for hours to earn some points? Don’t worry – these aren’t those annoying rewards sites that promise the world but don’t deliver.

Do your thing, Mama. Just hit these sites in your spare time.

*As an Amazon Associate and member of other affiliate programs, I earn a commission from purchases made through affiliate links on this page, at no extra cost to you.

Honey

Honey is my go-to browser extension for earning rewards when I shop. Yes, I did just say that I get rewarded to shop. Crazy right?

It’s simple. Shop on your favorite sites and Honey will let you know if it finds any coupon codes that can save you money on your purchase. If it does, it’ll apply them for you. BAM! Money saved.

Even if it doesn’t find savings, you can usually earn some HoneyGold just for trying to save with the extension. You can use your HoneyGold to redeem for gift cards to:

  • Amazon
  • Walmart
  • Groupon
  • eBay
  • Sears
  • Sephora
  • …and more! (I personally love using my HoneyGold for Walmart and Amazon gift cards!)

Here’s the best part: you can earn even more by checking the Honey website before you start shopping. The site will have rotating offers for discounts and bonus HoneyGold when you shop with specific retailers. I once earned 3,000 HoneyGold ($30 in rewards!) for shopping with HP.com!

If you love shopping online, do yourself a favor and download Honey. Forget the free stuff for moms – you’ll earn rewards that’ll buy you whatever you want from your favorite stores.

InboxDollars

InboxDollars is the rewards site that I’ve used for the longest time and it’s still one of my favorites. Although there are a lot of ways to make money here, I like racking up some money with bonus tasks, surveys, paid emails, and trial offers.

You need $30 in your account to cash out, so it won’t happen super fast. Still, it’s extra money you can use for more kid goodies – or maybe a spa day for yourself!

Pampers Rewards

When my son was a baby, I swore by Pampers diapers for him. Everything else seemed to aggravate his sensitive tushy, but Pampers kept him comfortable. I also fell in love with Pampers Sensitive Water baby wipes, which I could usually find on Amazon for less money than I could find them in the store. Anyway – let’s just say I always had a bunch of Pampers codes I could enter at the Pampers Rewards site.

Pampers Rewards lets you rack up points from the stuff you purchase anyway, like diapers and wipes. Enter your code via the mobile app and get your points. You can then redeem those points for gift cards, movies, toys, sweepstakes entries, and more. I redeemed my points for several toys and photo gifts over the course of my son’s diaper-wearing years!

Similac StrongMoms Rewards

I so wish I knew about Similac StrongMoms Rewards when my babies were babies. All you have to do is join the program as a new mom or mom-to-be and you’ll be gifted with about $400 worth of Similac free stuff for moms, like coupons, samples, and more. When you sign up, you’ll need to answer a few questions so that Similac can tailor the offers to you and your baby’s needs.

Swagbucks

Oh, Swagbucks. What would I do without it?! This is a rewards site that really helps you maximize your little free time by helping you earn rewards quickly. I’ve been a member for a few years now and have cashed out tons of Amazon gift cards and PayPal cash. Seriously, it’s that easy.

Some of the things you can do here are:

  • Play games
  • Get cash back for online shopping trips
  • Complete offers
  • Check emails
  • Take surveys
  • Watch videos
  • Complete bonus tasks
  • Refer friends and family

You earn SBs, which are the Swagbucks’ version of points. Trade those puppies in for some real prizes and gift cards. The best part is that Swagbucks often has sales on its rewards, so you might even find the one you want at a lower price when you’re ready to cash in. If you don’t have time for any other reward site, make sure this is the one you choose (there’s even an app for Swagging on the go!).

Oh, and you can even install the SwagButton to get alerted when you’re on a shopping site that pays SBs. Click here to install it in your browser and never miss a Swagbucks deal again.

By law in the United States, your health insurance plan is obligated to cover the cost of your breast pump for however long you choose to breastfeed your infant. Your insurance plan can dictate what kind of pump you get and whether you can keep it or just rent it, but still – free is free!

Check out the site for more information about what to do if your insurance company isn’t cooperating with covering your breast pump.

The Imagination Library is so incredible. This foundation is the creation of Dolly Parton and gives free books to eligible kiddos up to age five. My son has grown quite a collection of books for his personal library thanks to this program.

To register your child, you’ll need to first plug in your address on the website and see if it’s available in your area. If it is, the site will walk you through the process of getting signed up.
