I parented two former toddlers and taught a bunch of them in my preschool teaching days, so I know what they love. And, yes, usually they love stuff that’ll drive parents crazy with tons of flashing lights and obnoxious noises. It’s all in the name of learning and playing, right?

I have a soft spot, especially, for Fisher-Price Little People stuff, like the Share & Care Safari shown above. My daughter had several Little People playsets as a toddler that she played with all. the. time. She passed them down to my son who, now 6, continues to play with some of them every day. There’s something about Little People playsets that just stick with kids and provide entertainment for years to come.
